Great place! Love that there’s a pool. The jacuzzi has been down but other than that I love it. Rarely any problems with the apartment and when there is they are always quick to fix them!

I've been living at the loft for almost three years. It has been a better experience than the dorms. The staff is nice to the residents. t think its cool how they make events for the residents

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far so good. I do not really use the facilities too much (pool, studying rooms, community rooms, etc.), but even without them, it is still nice here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location of this building is very convenient for all of the stores and especially the school. Some of the RA are really funny, sweet, and amazing at their job. It has been okay living here.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location, and the amenities in this loft is great. It’s accessible since school is close by and the amenities included are helpful since it’s right in our room.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it's been great here. The staff are really friendly and the system they use for assigning roommates does a great job ensuring you know a good portion of who they are before moving in.

Staff super nice and helpful. RAs are nice and fun. Events that are hosted are fun and it’s close to campus so it’s an easy 10-15 minute walk. :)

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my second year living at the UEL. I really like how the community is very close to Sac State so the walk to campus is short. Really enjoy living here.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome and kind staff. Rooms are clean. But 1st floor rooms are small window. It's not good. And if we ask something to fix, It will be 1 month later

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

our Ice machine still isn’t working even tho the maintenance guy came in twice to try and fix it. Other than that I’m having a great experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall good apartment since it is furnished and utilities are all included. Price is just a bit high and would be so much better if they included a fitness center!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

good good ! I love our swimming pool and spa. Also apartment managers are kind. Our first floor is little bit shade. living dorm is my first time, but it is not bad!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I was recommended this place by a friend. I’m really loving it so far with all the food places and campus is only a 10 minute walk. I love the pool area and the RAs are really nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived here for the past four years and have generally had a pretty good experience. I enjoy the location of the building in proximity to the school but have had trouble getting maintenance requests taken care of.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I live in the townhomes with five other roommates. There plenty of privacy despite the number of people who live here and the building itself is nice with it's own kitchen and laundry room.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far living here is great!, It's never too loud and there is always something going on that isn't too crazy. I like that the RAs really try to create community-building events, like that group Zumba at the Well a couple of weeks ago. That sounded fun!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When we moved in we had some basic issues with the appliances. Along with that, after 2 weeks living here our AC broke during a hot week so it wasn't the best experience the first month. The location and students here are the best things about UEL. It isn't in the nicest area of Sacramento, but it is so close to school it's extremely convenient. Parking is also the WORST. My car is a good 15 minute walk from where I live since their resident parking is around 20 spaces. They need to expand their parking so residents don't have to pay $200 to leave their car parked on campus. Other than that, you can take 10 showers and rent stays a fixed amount.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff is nice and helpful here. They host activities here. We have 3 events every week. Best part is the rooms have their own laundry unit.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy all the community events the staff put on. It’s nice to be given opportunities that allow us to meet our neighbors and make friends with those in similar fields of interest as our own. All of the RA’s are very nice and helpful.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a pleasant experience living here last year and I renewed because I liked living here. I meet my bestfriend here and she is the reason I love it here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living here at the lofts for many reasons. One, the location, walking to school in under 15 minutes everyday is amazing. Not having to deal with the traffic allows for me to have more time doing other productive things. I also am glad I have the same room mate as last year because we are very good friends now.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Moving in here was one of the best decisions I ever made as a student at sac state. We had a few problems following move-in week, but they were quickly resolved by the staff and I could not be more grateful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it's been an amazing experience and it hasn't been too difficult to adapt to a new living environment. The community has been really welcoming and I am comfortable with where I am.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I've really enjoyed my experience. I've lived here for a month now. While at first the situation was daunting, so far everything has worked out. I'm blessed to have great roommates who are becoming friends to me. We agree on living arrangements so it makes everything easier. I thought a 4 bed style A would feel very small but it's actually been pretty great. Having so many if the appliances and furniture included helps with saving money and convenience. The only thing that isn't always great is privacy, but the connection I've made with my roommates probably wouldn't happen if we were in separate rooms. The lofts also offer cute activities and great ways to get involved. I've only attended a couple events but it helps to know that you don't have to sit around with nothing to do all the time.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The uel is a great place to meet fellow students with similar intrest, the RAs are exceptional and try their best to make the process of living here much better. love it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The management are very thorough in everything. The work orders happen fairly quickly which is very nice. I didn’t have a very good move in due to electronic malfunctions. Overall the staff and RA’s have been professional

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the pool and people who live in lofts. It is so sweet place that i haven’t lived before. When I want to talk to my friends, I just go to the pool and have a chat with them. It is so nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is located in a pretty decent area. There are a lot of food places around if you're ever tired of eating the same thing such as: sushi, burrito, sandwiches, boba drinks. They even have a Starbucks nearby for when you need that extra caffeine for in the morning. Also, a salon and such when you need to keep up good hygiene. At the lofts it's pretty chill and quiet. You can check out the babes at pool if that's what you're interested. Lastly, it's pretty close to school.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Perfect location, Friendly staffs and neighborhoods, Resonanle price, and fine facilities. One bad thing is that a bed in a room is really small.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have so far really enjoyed living here. The whole staff is so welcoming and helpful, I don't feel like they breathe down your neck. You definitely have your independence!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy my room so far wish the furniture was a bit bigger with more privacy in between beds but it’s ok for now. The facility is well kept and clean

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

They have many events. I like it! And community room is good! Swim pool is good. But I want to more clean small pool over behined main pool.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Place is comfortable and in fair condition. A few stains and scratches, sone of the appliances don't work as NEW, and had one sort-of rude duty phone RA interaction, but other than those minor things, it's an excellent place to call home!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the people here at the loft and the atmosphere here is Awesome. It's not that far from sac state occur it is talking Distance. If you want to go downtown Sacramento you can go to the light rain.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its been an amazing experience so far and I really love the people here. Everyone is so nice and wonderful plus I really love the events that go on here too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a nice unit to live in depending on how open you are to shared living. Everyone is very nice and respectful of your time. The R.A are nice and put up fun/different events, you can feel lonely at times if you don't leave your apt and meet new people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s beautiful there’s a pool and a balcony. There’s a community room. The Neighboor are really nice and friendly. I love the fact that’s it’s very secure building.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UEL is a nice and clean place. All the RAs are cool. It's nice living so close to campus. It's near to a lot of different food places and to Target.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Wonderful Staff and people. Very accommodating and since many are students, they understand the struggles you are going through. Had an issue with my room but they fixed it wonderfully.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Housing is in a decent location. Important issues generally get dealt with in a semi-appropriate time from. Minor issues pop up all the time, and often do not get fixed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its nice clean and near campus, very convenient, a bit pricey, and is all open space instead of enclosed rooms. Nice small community with stores and supplies nearby.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Besides neighbors stomping from the floor above my apartment, my living experience is fine. The RA’s are great helpers and the staff in the office is too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The townhome has enough space for 6 people and and it's only about a 10 minute walk just to get to Sac State and you have Target for any grocery shopping.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I think that this place has been good for my start in college. I definitely will recommend this place to other people who are looking for places to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to love close to school. Easy to move around the area thanks to the public transportation located right next to the loft. Good living experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is great! Nice and spacious. The community is active with events, ex. Tyler's Coco with Coco event, where we watch the movie Coco while drinking hot coco. Paint in the room sould have been done a little neater, there is dry paint on all the outlets.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I can meet many people and I can use swimming pool and community room whenever. There areblots of things to do like pool party and waching movie so I can spend my time more useful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rent is getting too high. The staff are pretty cool. The location where we live is very food different food options and office depots across the street. Walking distance to campus

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at the lofts is progressing as the time goes by. When i first moved in, my loft was one of ones in the worst condition, but maintenance has been pretty good about getting things fixed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love everyone here! The RAs are always extremely nice and helpful. I love all of the activities the Lofts put on and I have met many of my best friends here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff is really great here and it’s super nice to be so close to Sac State. I just wish, as a senior, I could have more privacy and my own room.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy how friendly the staff and other residents are! There is always something going on around the complex as well to keep you in the loop! Plus it is very close to campus which makes it very convenient!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like the amenities, the location, and the price is good for what you get. I am just concerned for what seems to be staff shortage, based on how long it takes to get through work orders.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the environment and the location. There’s a lot of traffic on the outskirts, but the community is very well kept. The parking situation is a little annoying, and the walls can seem thin as paper, but I love the price as well as the commodities. I’m still getting acclimated, but so far I’m liking it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the people at UEL. Staff did a brilliant job of work orders inside my apartment. My roommates are going fairly good/decent, but what I’ve learned is that you can still make friends with other UEL residents, which you must! You can’t just limit yourself to a few, go MORE! I just made so far, about a dozen of friends to other UEL residents. I love how RA plans incredible UEL events inside the Community Lounge. I love how UEL has bus stations that I can take the SacRT to campus and anywhere in Sacramento, and that walking is fairly easy. That said, most certainly will stay at UEL until I graduate in Spring 2021! =]

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is very home like and good open feeling. The pool is great and kept clean well. It has a few things that need to be fixed at first in the loft, but overall it is a great experience so far. One thing is concerning is the time it takes for the main door to close, as my roommates and I have seen one or two shady people trying to make it through the door. Overall, I would definitely recommend to other students on my stay here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone is very nice, but I’m still waiting on maintenance to fix my fridge and it’s been 2 weeks. Other than that it’s a positive experience!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community and best experience I’ve had at any apartment building. I’ve lived here for nine months and I don’t regret a second of it. The RAs are super helpful!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s not very far from sac state and the walk isn’t too bad either. People and RAs are friendly and maintenance gets things done in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Location is a little lacking but besides that UEL has great community, plenty of activities for residents. Overall a generally good experience.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, everything is going great at the Upper East Side Lofts. We have great neighbors and a nice RA. The pool and community room are nice and cool places to hang out at.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The work orders have been very speedy and the apartment is just what it was like in the tour. The amenities are great and community is welcoming and helpful to new arrivals.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is pretty cool. I live on the 2nd floor. Although I've had some issues with the move-in process and some other minor things, everything gets taken care of at a reasonable pace. Maintenance is awesome. By far, the best I've ever experienced. The RA's (Resident Assistant...idk) that worked on the 2nd floor from 2018-19 were awesome. Very polite and the staff seemed to have an event planned out for every weekend. Even though I never attended any of the events here at the Lofts, the ambience of people having fun is very uplifting. Would totally recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s not all that bad. Would have preferred to have a little more privacy. Other than the privacy issue, everything has been really good living at the lofts.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Could improve maintenance and communication with residents. RAs and Managers can be drama filled and unprofessional at times. Overall, I’ve met a lot of great people here and I feel safe

Everything seems cool so far but I’m not living there yet so I can’t say much. The the staff is nice and helpful, the facility is well kept.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments look nice. I wish there was more storage space since it has to be shared between four people. I like hoe there is a community room. It sets up opportunities to meet new people. Likewise, the pool does the same thing. Lastly, the location is amazing its not to far from restaurants, the dollar store, and the campus.

This is my first apartment and experience moving out and away from home. I do enjoy UEL, it’s lovely and my RA is super helpful and others I have met. I met my boyfriend here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience was great. I loved that the rent wasn't as expensive as the dorms, and socialized more with my neighbors. I loved my roommates and they were great to hang around outside the loft which I never have done.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I appreciate the convenience of so many amenities included and the closeness to the campus. The rent is high, though rent's high everywhere.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here has been good. The reason I chose this place was its proximity to the school and that was very helpful when I’d wake up late. It has been clean and comfortable.

My experience with the apartments has been nice. I have had personal complication and they work well with all issues and resolve them as quickly as possible

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a great a great apartment to stay at. I love the activities thrown in the community room by the RA’s. One thing that could be worked on is making sure each roommate in a room is cleaning/ do their part because some don’t follow the roommate contract rule.

So far in the time that I have lived (1 full semester and about 6 months) here everything has been perfectly fine. I have no complaints so far

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's nice living here, certainly better than the dorms, and the 9 month lease it what certainly sells it. There are a few minor things that could be better, but overall it's nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here. Everything is really easy. I can walk to school and when I come back I can just relax. The kitchen is super nice to have as well as the washer and dryer inside the apartment. It’s great. I’m bummed that I don’t have main lot parking/:

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living at the UEL because they are always so helpful and my RA Amanda is amazing. I am happy to have renewed for another year of fun.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a very nice place to live but sometimes the maintenance is not always on par where it should be when it comes to getting stuff fixed but it's otherwise very nice and convenient. :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a great starter apartment for someone to live in when first coming to college. The staff is great and the location works well! I love it here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

IT is a nice distance from school and the walk isn’t to hard or far. Like that it is close to many walkable places such as the starbucks and food places around. Over all good place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived at the lofts for 4 years now and have very much enjoyed my experience there. It’s cheaper then the dorms and way nicer. The lofts provides a great community for students!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Helpful RAs! Really great area with a close walking distance from school. The people really really nice too ! Good eating places around the area!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Like it and very convenient to the school. The staff and people are really nice. The cost of living is very cheap with utilities. There are no complaints I have

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty good place to live. It's got walls and floors and ceilings and everything. There's even doors and lights. What more could you ask for

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a good experience until right now enjoy that the lofts are close to campus and that we have a lot of things near by us. As well the community in the lofts and everything the lofts try to do to help us.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been great! I’m very glad to have chosen the upper east side lifts as my residency. My sister and I love together so it’s been a wonderful experience!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience as a resident is great, the RA's are very respectful and i like how safe it is. I like how were are able to print our assignments. The activities at the loft are great, and i like how we can meet new people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been living here for more than a year now and I am pleased with the service. Staff and resident advisers are helpful. This place has everything that a student needs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a very nice and convenient place to live. It is very close to the campus and it also has all the amenities that someone could need for a reasonable price.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here at the Upper East Side Lofts!! I've had an amazing experience. The community is so friendly. I would recommend this place to my friends!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live in, has good adminities and there are places to eat near by. only down side is the cleaning they do before new residents arrive in August, they paint another coat and its really sloppy job.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It pretty good. I like living here, it is nice and cool. people are also nice. love the food and grill, life is good. need more ping pong ball tho!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance is fast and easy. Staff is very friendly. Would easily recommend to anyone looking for a living experience that is near to campus and many stores for convenience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the people, the location of the lofts and how we get treated here the only thing that would make it better and even more for our moneys worth is a small gym here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Comfortable living situations, very close to campus, helpful staff on hand, zero pests present and a very pretty view of school in the evening.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Extremely convenient place to live if you are a Sac State college student. It’s about 2 blocks away from the school, about a 5min walk. And everything included in the price helps.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great RAs, great amenities and the location is unbeatable. The only downside is the small amount of guest parking. It makes it difficult for family to visit.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The housing provides an excellent living experience for college students. Neighbors are respectful and mindful of others. Residents advisors provide ample opportunity to attend fun events and meet other residents. Overall, a great place to stay!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

At first, the idea of living in an open floor plan apartment seemed like a hassle but after a few months, it turns out it wasn't all that bad. The maintenance crew is always on time(except for move in week).

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Super close to school!! By bike, it takes you about 5 to 7 minutes depending on where you need to go on campus. The office is always doing something or giving stuff away which is awesome!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great RAs and great community environment. I have never had a problem with anyone working the front office and the room I am staying in has had minimal problems

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

These two past months ive enjoyed livings here. So many events throughout the weeks, I try to attend as many as possible. I love that most days there’s always an event, gives me a chance to meet the people living here. The residents are nice especially the staff/RAs. Best part about this place isn’t how close it is to campus and that Starbucks is like 1 minuet at from me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's honestly a pretty nice place. School is close by so getting there isn't really an issue. I ride my bike there every day and I can get there within 10 minutes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty good. Needs work on management. Close to campus and has good area access for food. Target is close by so that is a plus for shopping and other grocery stores are down the street.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice and clean and updated, but it does have some damage from previous residents. For example the pantry doer doesn’t close all the way.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience here at upper east lofts is amazing because the staff helps anyone in need for help and creates activity so that everyone can have the chance to have fun and meet new people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love how close Upper Eastside Lofts is to the campus! I enjoy walking so it gives me that opportunity. I enjoy all the amenities that comes with the lease!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living here! My apartment is clean and spacious, my roommate and I get along, and the complex itself is nice and inclusive. I’ve made a lot of friends since move in day, and I feel at home here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am happy to live here. The security system is excellent and most of the staff are kind. However, I think it would be nice to pay more attention to the water management of the swimming pool. I also want to be under the care of insects.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a good enough time here. I definitely have more accomodities than I did at home, but sometimes things Don"t work or have been broken by previous residents. It is clean and spacious but the room layout has no privacy. Parking is atrocious, but the staff is fair and kind.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The lofts are great! I feel very comfortable and safe living here. The staff is very attentive as well. I also enjoy the cookies and coffee that we can get in the office

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s pretty good overall the only downside is how little visitor parking there is and the fact people can stay there for a week at a time or more.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Needs more parking spaces and better transportation. The area is okay, and for its price is okay. Im glad that they do offer a 9 month lease compared to other apartments.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the events in an apartment. And RAs are very kind! But at the fourth floor hall, smell is bad. Please more clear. Anything else is good!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has its ups and downs, but the biggest upside is the location and the biggest downside is the condition of some of the things provided for us.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is good that the RA are kind and have many various events. One regret is that there is a strange smell in the hallway of the apartment...

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it’s been going well, everything is as it should be and everyone minds their own business in the halls and in their own rules, allowing everything to be quiet and calm.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far my experience here has been pretty great. I love the short distance to school and the amount of activites that happen every week. Maintainance has resolved all our issues in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Had a rough start with roommate issues but luckily with the help of our attentive ra alissa, she helped us through it. I also got my windows smashed and you guys are reimbursing us so that's totally awesome. It's nice to live in an environment where the staff care.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been so great so far. Maintance has been quick with things and the RA is really nice. Having the access to the pool has been amazing at night as its so peaceful to go out and do homework late at night

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Upper eastside lofts is a beautiful place to live! Very clean and modern. Having access to things like a free printer, pool, grill and community room with internet access makes life so much better and convenient!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My resident experience has been a very friendly and safe environment. The staff has been very helpful to answer any questions I have about my stay at UEL. I feel very much welcomed and at home!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, it is very nice to live here. It is much nicer than the dorms, and in a lot of ways cheaper. It is also not too far from campus. However I do have a couple bug problems yet I have also not reported them yet so that can partially be my fault.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living at the Upper Eastside Lofts. I know my roommates really well and it's been a great experience. I like how we can do our laundry in the apartment and how we have a pretty big kitchen. I wish there were more parking spots at the lofts, but it's still been a good place to live while I'm in school.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here has been a great pleasure. I find the rooms to be very comfortable and accommodating. If I happen to need anything from the staff they are always happy to help, and work orders are fulfilled especially fast.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been really good. The office has been really helpful and the amenities are nice. My RA has also been very open and very willing to help as we need her.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good so far, everything is comfortable and nice but there are drain flies all over my apartment. We put in a maintenance request and they came and “fixed” it but the problem has worsened.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its a great complex, however I wish that there was more parking so my car wouldn't get broken into at lot 10, or if i have to park it a mile away i would appreciate night security.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is great so far, I love my roommates, how close we are to campus and target. I’ve had problems with the kitchen sink but maintenance was helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall my experience has been pretty well and the community itself is pretty great. Even though there were some problems in the room itself before I got here, this place did it's best at fixing all the problems.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Upper Eastside Lofts are nice, open, space. They have kind personal and their association with Sac State is great. They have a lot of community engagement and my room was pretty clean!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far the experience has been nice. The A/C broke broke down after 2 weeks, but the handy man fixed it as soon as the work order was put in. Other than that, its been chill. I like that they have movie nights and other events for the residents,(even though i don't attend). Just feels like you're living at a club house.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far everyone has been very nice and welcoming, minimal noise from other apartments. There has been plenty of events dedicated for the community that shows their commitment as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

staff is very friendly. whenever there is an issue, they try to work with you in a timely manner to discover a solution. in regards to home fixes, they also do their best to send someone to fix any issues

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like staying at the Lofts, the people in the office are so nice. Another bonus is the free printing service, it’s super convenient and I don’t know what I would’ve done sometimes without it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love it, and the events they have every week. The RAs are very friendly. I also feel very safe here. As well as My neighbors are pretty great too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The people here are really inviting and want you to get involved. They almost always have something going on and always keep you updated with news and activities. Overall its been a great experience so far.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far my experience has been great. My RA is nice when she see me on campus she waves the staff is very nice as well. Everything in my apartment works.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My place is perfect. Close to campus. Cheap price. Beautiful kitchen. Haven’t found a single bug since I moved in. I love it here to say the least.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's ok not much to it, the people are nice the stuff is chill, pool is a bit dirty sometimes but other than that can't complain much. Why is there a 140 character minimum it's not gonna make me say nicer things if you force me to write 140 characters

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am a first year freshman and I just moved in, in August. So far my experience here has been great. One of my favorite parts is having your own bathroom and you have your own washer and dryer.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place! Like that it is close to campus and just a walk away! I also like how it has a balacony and a full kitchen! Free internet and everything is included with rent and don’t have to pay for anything separately except grocery’s!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my first year living at UEL and it was been amazing so far. They provide so many different amenities which is one of the reasons that I decided to live here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance has gotten much better. And improvements overall are slowly being made especially the new gate card scanner that makes me feel safer.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone is very friendly, the complex is usually quiet, which is excellent from an academic standpoint, and plenty of events that fit almost anyone’s tastes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The room was not really clean when I moved in. Also there were a lot of broken things. Apert from that I think the rest is decent. The staff is very helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment is great for a first year college student. They have many fun events to get students involved. The location is great & I’m still getting my dorm room college experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great walking to school, and nice big rooms and common areas! People are nice and helpful and the RAs are always there to help you. The office is nice too!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

good location, close to school. always available to help you and make sure you living well in a safe environment. good amenities and good service.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The UEL is a good place to live since it's close to school and has good amenities included with your lease. It is also cheaper on the cost compared to the dorms in school. It has different room options and you can pick your roommates as well. I've had a pleasant experience at the lofts

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a good experience living at upper Eastside lofts. It’s great to have access to a kitchen as well as a washer and dryer within my own room. There is limited space when it comes to sharing cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, however it is manageable.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amenities have improved and roommate matching system really helps. Incentives are great. I try to make it to activities that take place in the community room as much as I can so that makes it more interesting to live here. Overall convenient place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. I've lived here for a year and fresh out of high school. Its a great start to be on your own and I love with 3 others so I never get lonely. The area is nice and the maintenance is fast. I couldn't ask for more where I live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance was so much better this year compared to the previouse years I have been there. I liked that they allowed me to pay my 1st installment for the next lease term before moving out for summer, so that I did not have to come by over summer. They have made many room improvements including new tv, new couch and chair, but the internet is still too slow for 4 people a room.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been really great living in the lofts, but I won’t give five stars because sometimes it takes a while to have something fixed after you put in a work order. Other than that the staff is friendly and the rooms are nice, and the pool and hot tub are great too!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I made great friends living at the lofts. The RAs were super welcoming and connected with the residents. There is a lot of great food and activities around

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UEL is a nice place to live. Apartments are very affordable and worth the price. They are well equipped. I enjoy using the pool and ping pong court.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My first year living off campus and this was where I decided to reside in and I loved it. Made very great friends. Can't wait for next year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very spacious, and overall really nice. Great place to make friends! awesome events to attend and really nice RAs. Very close to campus, not too long of a walk!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Area and facilities are clean. They are prompt in fixing issues. Only problem is them fixing roommate problems, where its best to remove problem roommate out.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Worth the money for the quality of apartment. Friendly staff and RA that are available on site almost every time you need them. Pool and parking available

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

pricing is too high for a place that gives you no privacy. things were broken and dirty when we got here. maintenance doesn’t really help us fix anything when we put in a work order(he taped our blinds together). and if you decide to do a 12 month lease then you have to move to a different room anyway. also if you have any questions or concerns no one will help you with it. i hates my roommates and no one tried to help me switch to make my experience here better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Been here for a bit , with changes in staff at time it has gotten better over time and love the price I pay . Communication is pretty good but sometimes a bit difficult

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoyed living here for the past few months. It is a great and peaceful environment to live in. The people who live in my community are very nice and friendly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Super close to school, there is even a night shuttle that'll pick you up in front of the office and take you anywhere on campus. Overall the best part of living here is being so close to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like this place because it's really close to school and to several groceries places. close to the bus station and there is the hornet bus that can pick you up. the people are nice and help you when you need something.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty great, but maintenance will ring the Doorbell and if you don’t answer the door within like three seconds will go ahead and open the door themselves... and apparently you can’t have recyclables on your patio.. other then that it’s great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

In my opinion it’s better that the dorms. Choosing roomates is the hardest part but besides that I would recommend to anyone trying to get a feel for the college experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Cool place. Great maintenance respond time. Wifi is stable and fast. Kitchen is nice along with work appliances. Pool is up kept nicely. Cool community room

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community at the Upper Eastside Lofts is average. My roommate and I were matched via their online service and that worked out well, but our neighbors and floor itself is very noisy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have really enjoyed living at the UEL and getting to know the residents. If you're looking for a place that is not to far from the Sacramento State campus then look no further than the Upper East side lofts.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance is getting this year. Our RA is late most of the time for meetings. There was a time she was super late to our meeting and when she remembered. She said she had been sitting by the pool and that she forgot we had a meeting.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Place is nice, location is the best, and people are really friendly! The location is so close, it takes a short time to walk to school, but even a short time to bike!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall very satisfied with my experience here at the lofts. The rent may seem steep at first glance but it includes all your bills rapped up into one payment (very convenient).

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Rooms in general are nice. I personally wouldn’t recommend parking in Lot A, a lot of activity happens over there. Maintenance guys and RA’s are very nice!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Needed more work as far as maintenance and needs a better job at assigning roommates. Huge problem with bugs. Should update some way for residents to have their own personal spaces in the rooms

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not a bad place, a bit expensive for the amenities and space. I live in 4bed/2bedroom and it’s a little small, but we make it work. Walk to campus is nice though

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Even though I got to sac Scott and not sac state. The UEL is super convenient for me as I have the light rail and bus across the street. The price is right for what we get. Internet, cable, washer/dryer, utilities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its been a pretty good experience, the staff is great here very helpful, great community of people here to meet and have fun with, I enjoy all the events that are thrown here like movie screenings and hall deco events very inviting

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Upper East side lofts is a great experience to meet new people and have some independence. Even as a freshman I feel comfortable and being independent was a great step for me. The place is not too shabby why you make it your own and is quite affordable. I live with 4 others, so that might seem like a lot, but if they are nice and you get to know them, then it makes the experience even better!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a great living experience! The room has everything we could need, walking distance from school, and a staff that’ll help you out with anything!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a good place to live. Roommates are cool. Neighborhood is good and everything is accessible. The ping-pong court closes too early though

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The RA’s are extremely nice but the way management handles situations is terrible. Not to mention the fact that they have a serious bug problem.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at the lofts. I wish there was more privacy but that's okay. There are a lot of other problems with the building, like the fact that the entire 6400 side hall doors don't lock, and the gate entrance on the same side allows your to go out but not back in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone I have netball has been very nice and welcoming to me. Everyone is very respectful of one another and of quiet hours. I haven’t had many issues.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A very good place. Good area, good people, good places around it, good environment, good living, good staff, good interior, good appliances. Everything is good

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a good experience here at the Upper Eastside Lofts. All my housemates get a long with one another. Besides for some things that have broken, everything had been good here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it so much here at the Lofts! It's very peaceful, positive, and filled with friendly people. I get along great with my roommates as well as my boyfriend's roommate's. The lofts is a very nice community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s cool living here. It’s weird not having much privacy since it is a loft but it’s manageable. It’s also close enough to school that I can wake up thirty minutes before class and still make it on time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I hate living here. The RAs all have bad manners. I just live here because it's cheap. I camnot afford any other place.I really do love the washer and dryer. I do not know what I would do without them. Best thing in this place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When we first came into the apartment the area was not clean at all. The appliances were run down and I was worried that things were going to break. The pool is dirty and gross. But the view is amazing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Utilities included, don’t have to worry about separate payments. System is easy as far as payments and shipments. We have a helpful front office.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UEL experience is great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. they do a lot of community events an try to make everyone come close together and thats what I Like about living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the place. Is very convenient to live close to school and also close to stores where I could go grocery shopping. The apartment is also very comfortable for anyone.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Worth the money for the quality of apartment. Friendly staff and RA that are available on site almost every time you need them. Pool and parking available

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My first semester here wasn’t too bad. We only had a hot water issue but that’s been solved. The people here are friendly and the stores are within close range which is helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the lofts has been a good experience, everyone has been super friendly and helpful in whatever I’ve needed. I’ve met a few people that I️ now hangout with on a daily.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

First, it is a safe community and I highly recommend it. Second, there is a problem with the pests in my apartment but they were able to address it. Also that they still check on it from time to time. Third, the location is very convenient since it is near the uni I go to, different food places, and convenient stores.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The buildings and staff were nice, but sharing ONE room with THREE guys is unenjoyable. You truly get to know someone when you eat, sleep, breath, study, and shower in the same quarters as someone. I have learned the value of privacy and headphones while living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance is getting better this year. We have had light bulbs changed, beds raised, etc. and the staff was nice and fixed everything we have needed. When I have had a package delivered, the desk staff send out email and text messages saying package has arrived.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, i feel like my apartment community is amazing. However my neighbors are always playing loud music in which i find very disrespectful especially when my sister and i are studying or decide to go to sleep early.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far my resident experience has been great and the place has really done its job at making me feel safe in the environment. The place is overall a great place to live at.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments themselves are aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, in addition to the neighbours. Also, it's in a safe neighbourhood!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My biggest problem is the rent. I pay way too much for how shabby my apartment is. I also do not like the lower lot because there are a lot of homeless people and it is not well lit.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UEL has a very friendly environment. RA Bri does a great job ensuring that everything is going good with her kids. Management is okay. Overall good experience

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Other than the occasional noisy roommates, the experience of living here and going to and coming from the University every day is wonderful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance takes a while, but service is improving and I'm glad they implemented the online roommate matching system. Wish they would check each room to see if each appliance works before move-in so there wouldn't be a flood of work orders waiting to be done.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

decent place, could be better. management could be better, maintenance could be better, roommate pairing could be better, professionalism could be better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at the lofts, the rent is reasonable, and the location is ideal. There are things that need improvement, but overall it's a good place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I lived here last year and I enjoyed that it has reasonable prices for rent and loved how close it was to campus and was able to walk everyday.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a great living experience being here. I've made great friends and all the activities that go on are loads of fun! There is also a great group of management!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living here and have for a while now. The maintenance team has always been on top of things when I've put in work orders and am thankful for their hard work and efforts. I also really like that the location near the school and food.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Ive had one of the best times here at the lofts. It is only my second year here and honestly its amazing. A little pricey but then again you have to think about everything that goes into this place. All utilities are included. I highly recommend living here for first time students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UEL has really great staff, the RA's here are the best💖 And do there absolute best to make your experience here absolutely amazing. Really nice community set up

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment community is nice so far, great amenities, and very convenient in regards to distance from school. Maintenance requests take up a good amount of time and parking is extremely limited.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, I've had a fantastic living experience here. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I was matched up with an amazing roommate. The facility always has events planned and opportunities to get out of the apartment to meet other people, explore the area, and have fun. It's also a very safe feeling environment because of the gate out front and security they have available. I've always felt very safe and comfortable here. It's a great start for anyone moving out for the first time!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

office staff could be better organized in regards to handling paperwork. maintenance does a good job with checking if appliances are working or not. however, overall, the living space and amenities for the lofts is wonderful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good living but needs improvements and needs faster maintenance to meet needs of residents. The upgrades that have been done are great (eg. new tv, ceiling fan, etc.)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My first year here was bad only because I had a bad roommate but they worked with me to get me a better one the second year. They are friendly and helpful to all they meet

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Addresses were printed wrong on the envelopes given, although corrected action was only taken after an email was sent when they were well aware of error made.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very good. More huge events would be nice. Such as flash back prom or something very fancy where you can dress up for. A way to make people be more interactive

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to live in. It's my first time to live in a dorm and I'm glad that I lived here on my first year in Sacramento. Nice people and safe neighborhood.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are great and affordable. Office staff is really nice. Maintenances can have some improvement but other then that great community to be a part of

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the UEL is a lot of fun, being a Sac student only community makes it easy to make friends, the only down side of living at the UEL is that sometimes you can find your self living in filth, hallways are often dirty as well as the elevator, living on the 4th floor sucks because the elevator can take up to 5 minutes, you're better off taking the stairs, but who wants to go up 8 sets of stairs?

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great look forward to living here next year with the new rent rate, good to see the pool up and running and am a fan of the location and how close we are to campus. Also thankful that Termix sprays my garage to get rid of the black widows and please keep it up (#1710) also the RAs are great

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The place is okay if only it had a gym it would have been better and also the whole guarantee for the parking should happen. It is not fair to the student the they have to pay for something that happened at the lofts.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A good place to live in as a student. People are nice and friendly. Events are enjoyable. Diverse community. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Lofts are a very nice place to live. I don't think it can get any better than this. Although, it's a bit pricy it's still a nice place!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

my apartment community is okay. There's always cool things going on. It I feel like they could do better with the upkeep of the place. Would make ratings better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

im very much enjoying my time at the lofts. the living spaces are wonderful and new and clean. i love my roomates, the selection process definitely placed me with the right people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am very happy that the pool is getting done prior to spring break, I've been waiting for so long! Also, the staff is great and I have been having a lot of fun with the recent activities that have been occurring at the lofts!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

People keep running and stomping on the floor above us, I'm not use if we are under a room or a hallway because it occurs frequently. However our RA is very nice and friendly and stops by and chats sometimes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Doing okay so far just wished the place had a gym it would have been great other than that the living is great. Another thing is I wished they had stuck to there word on matching roommates by the questionnaire.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance always takes awhile. Community activities are mostly towards the end of the week and I wish there were more throughout the week.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

We need more maintenance people. Also training for them would be good so they don't come into a room confused. Also rules that aren't in the contract need to stop being enforced. We are adults not high schoolers

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i love the lofts. the lofts are great. they are super neat and cool. i love how close they are to the campus. i like my room. i like my roommates.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the Lofts has been a pleasant experience so far. The location is awesome, it is a nice 7-minute bike ride to class. The RA's that I have met are fun and easy to talk with. The only problem is that maintenance request take awhile.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great I love the living but not the roommate. I thought the residence are paired by major also along with hobbies and what not. My roommate is nothing like that. However, I like the living area, the cleanliness of the pool and also the RA's are very nice. I enjoy the games and activities they put up during the months.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great :) love the events that keep the residents involved and engaged! I think it's important to know what's going on in the community. Thank you for always keeping it alive!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far so good. I've really enjoyed living here for the past month almost. The lofts really make me feel like I am at home. The only down side is having only two maintance guys.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

good for survies and really nice arey. so many things to do in Loft! so fun and also has nice swimming pool and beds. and I feel so safty in loft.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

so far so good but you can advertise events a little bit better. The techniquel issues needs to worked on. We went 2 weeks without lighting.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Definetly a way better alternative to dorms. Plenty of room and I love the big bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of closet space as well. Takes about 10 minuets to walk to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far everything is good :) Everything works, the staff are nice and helpful, the UEL Lofts are less than 10 mins away from sac statedriving wise, and you can easily walk to campus. I'm happy that I chose the UEL Lofts.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to live and nice RA's. Close to campus. Weird smell in halls sometimes but overall good so far. Nice staff. Good amenities in rooms. :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great lofts. Very spacious areas for two or three people. The only thing I wish there was, is a gym or workout center. Overall, great times so far

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Upper Eastside Lofts is my home away from home. Living here has been a blast thus far. Though I miss my family back home, UEL makes me feel so at home.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Computer to use for late night/early printing jobs for students in a rush. Roommate agreement forums also came in late would appreciate more efficient process. My other community rewards account was also deleted and says I am no longer a resident.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm doing great. I love how close we are to school and how involved our RAs are! I like it so far, and I love my roommates and I'm looking forward to what else's is to come

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the lofts alot.. Its been home for me for almost a year now. Great management team! The RA's have always been awesome and I find that people really want to work with you.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Close to target and many restaurants. Didn't have to worry about gas or electricity bills which were included in monthly bills. Maintenance takes a while to get around. Had lots of encounter with cockroaches even though pest control came by a few times.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love how UEL prints calendars every month to let us know about all the events and activities going on!! Thank you so much for that. Also thank you for the fun activities you do every month. I don't know any other place that would do the same

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall the Lofts is alright the only issue would be how long maintenance takes to fix something. The noise level was also at times problematic since I live near the gate but it cannot be helped.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great experience living at the Upper Eastside Lofts! They were nice, and convenient because they were close to school! The community room, study room, and pool and spa area! However, the parking was terrible

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall my experience at the Upper East Side Lofts was great! The apartments were nice and we had a lot more room than the dorms. I really bonded with all of my roommates.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love how close it is to school. I don't have to drive my car to school or pay for a parking permit. The RAs are always helpful and approachable. The free printing is a huge plus and essential for college students. Also love the washer/dryer in unit.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing ! It made my fist year amazing. The transition was easier than expected. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is extremely convenient. I can walk to school in 15 minutes or bike in less than 10! However, because of the lack of privacy I will not be renewing my lease.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been great. At times I've felt the staff was a little rude or unhelpful. But when they can help me they do a great job. I love the community games and the decorations.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The lofts are a good place to live at. However for the price I feel like it could be better. We've had to call maintenance for multiple reasons (lights not working, electrical etc) and there are still things that need to be fixed (closet door is broken, microwave handle is broken). They could do better in maintaining the pool area, there are times when the lights aren't even turned on or the hot tub hasn't been cleaned so it makes you not want to go in there. The whole property is a bit messy with trash in the hallways and elevator. Also some of the RA's are too strict complaining about noise on the weekends at like 10 pm. Also some of the management can work on being nicer and attending to the students more. However the lofts themselves are nice and surprisingly spacious, its nice having a washer and drier in our apartments and having a big bathroom.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Needs to be upgraded. Ya'll need to be more efficient when taking care of your residents problems! Nice office staff. Rent is too high for the condition of the apartments.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You guys are doing a great job. Everything is on point, maintenance, services, the office, RAs, and all the staff. The Uppee Eastside lofts are just wonderful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Lived here for three semesters and quickly became an active member of the community. Have had a positive experience here and have made tons of friends in the tight knit community

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Could of expected better . Good at times , had a lot of issues with maintenance here , lots of problems with the place. Never heard back from the office when I needed assistance.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is pretty good, there are nice pool and some restaurant nearby here. but the service is too late. if I want to fix something, It takes too long time. In addition, some where is a little bit old and dirty (sofa, bathroom)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been a great experience living here and I have never had a huge problem. Maintenance is great. It may take awhile for things to be done but it does get done.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Decent place to live. The rooms come with many amenities that make it worth the stay. The pool and community room are very nice, and matinence responds quickly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love how close we are to campus. It makes it really easy to get to and from my classes. I do wish the Internet was faster but otherwise I have no complaints. It's a great community to live in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Water pressure is never enough, volume on tv decreases, upstairs people are always stomping even though we've told them to quiet done. Hallway always smell like garbage.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Goood! The ra are following up on us pretty well and the only thing to complain about is tue maintenance service. We been trying to get our light fixed for the longest time

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy the free wifi, laundry and maintenance staff! However there are times when I do wish I had a door to close to secede myself from roommates. Only issue is that.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far my experience at the Upper East Side Lofts has been very enjoyable. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the rooms are nice. I love my roommates and all of the events that give me the opportunity to meet new people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You guys are so easy going but very helpful if we ever had any problems!! I like how you guys give us a monthly calendar with events and how you come door to door to invite us to those events!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I feel like some of the staff think we are children and talk to us like we are in high school rather than college students. Sometimes they get annoyed when we go ask for things, and maintenance requests are super slow to be filled

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the amenities and room layouts. Only trouble is with the student staff. They need to be better informed so that they may be more helpful and accurately answer questions.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at the lofts! Its so easy to get to school and back home, I love that it is basically an apartment with everything we need to get through school (washer, dryer, WiFi, etc).

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here! I have made so many friends, my RA is excellent, my roommates are fantastic, we are really close to campus, and we have a study room; just in case we need extra quiet or privacy while studying.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall the management isn't fantastic but the RA's do their best without a doubt. It's alright living here but the rent is too much given the time it takes for maintenance, Internet speeds, and various appliances that break frequently.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I definitely enjoy living here, it is spacious and free laundry and Internet is a plus. However, I do feel the maintenance requests could be filled faster.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Way better than dorms could ever be. Has a convenient location. Has great amenities and is cheap for what it provides. It's surrounded by great stores and light rail.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone is really friendly and the distance from campuses great! I really the monthly activities and the community feeling here at the lofts. The staff is also very helpful, haven't had a major issues here so far.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The best part of living at the lofts is the security. Knowing its gated and safe. (More or less) And the distance to school. Lately there's been way too many other issues to make it enjoyable. No need to air dirty laundry though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here it's great but it would be a lot greater if the WI-FI worked! Besides that I love living here and I enjoy this community as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a nice living space, and the location is very convinient with the light rail station nearby, proximity to school, and the stores on the area like target.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty good, community is nice and quiet and building is kept clean. Though the internet for our room is unreliable and I am not sure if there is a new maintenance staff is available, I think we should have been informed about the recent loss of maintenance staff.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living here for the most part. There is nothing too bad that I can say other than maintenence can be slow at times, but it's not too big of an issue

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good but as the years went by the service has gone down. I have a work order from December and its not the end of February. But the place is pretty clean so its whatever.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living at the lofts but when we had issues with our internet they wouldn't help us fix it. My RA also never did his wellness check and tends to ignore my room mate and I.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

1 Stop and take a look around you. What do you see? Imagine that you have never been in the space you are in right now. How would you describe it to someone who has never been there?

2 Now, close your eyes and listen. What do you hear going on around you? Anything else?

3 Breathe in deeply. What do you smell?

4 How does your body feel overall? How do your feet feel? How about your shoulders? How does your stomach feel?
5 And what about your mind? What is it doing right now? Thinking? Planning? Worrying? Making judgments?

1 Get settled in a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

2 As you breathe in and out, let your stomach expand and contract. As you breathe in, imagine there is a balloon expanding in your stomach, allowing space around your organs. As you breathe out, just let the air flow easily out of the balloon.

3 Once you are settled, say to yourself silently, ‘Breathing in one,’ then ‘Breathing out one’ for the first breath; then ‘Breathing in two . . . out two,’ etc. Go up to ten, then count backwards, nine to zero.

Think of each breath as a separate event. Each breath gives you the chance to practise focusing on something and to disengage from distractions. This can be a very useful exercise when faced with temptation.

When you are on the brink of eating something you know you shouldn’t — having probably justified it to yourself — try doing this first.
It gives you a moment of reflection to calm your emotions and to really question if you want that unhealthy treat, or if there’s another force at play.

1 Before you put anything in your mouth, stop and ask yourself: Am I hungry? Why am I eating this? Is this food supporting my health? How will I decide when to stop eating?

2 Choose a smaller dish, ask for a smaller portion (weigh your pre-diet portions — you might be surprised at how large they had become). Check your meal divides the plate, so half is vegetables, a quarter is protein and a quarter starches.
3 Slow down your eating. Start your meal with a silent mini-meditation. Stop your meal after ten bites and check your hunger and fullness signals.

Take a ten-minute break halfway through your meal before deciding if you should eat more. Consider eating with your non-dominant hand, using chopsticks, or even using chopsticks with your non-dominant hand.

Do whatever it takes to just slow things down. The body doesn’t release the hormone that signals you’re full until ten minutes after you start eating, so this will really help you realise when you’ve had enough.
